Continuing Resolution Update – Update for December 3, 2021
Congress passed the short term Continuing Resolution (“CR”) to keep the federal government funded, which now awaits the President’s signature. Due to the uncertainty that Congress will come to an agreement for the fiscal year 2022 budget or another CR by February 18, 2022, SBA lenders are encouraged to continue to diligently process loans.

FOR APPLICATIONS ALREADY IN PROCESS AS OF THAT DATE, LENDERS MAY CONTINUE TO USE THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED SBA FORM 159.
